Immo Companion is an invaluable real estate application designed to enhance your client meetings. The application offers several modules to assist you:

FINANCIAL CALCULATOR
- Calculate monthly payments or loan amount (Mortgage)
- Calculate monthly payments based on an amount, down payment, and estimated fees (Complete project)
- Adjustable interest rates

FEE CALCULATOR
- Create your own fee schedules
- Assign names to your fee schedules and change them at any time
- Define fee tiers based on Net Seller or Total Agency Fees
- Commission can be defined as a percentage or a fixed amount
- Calculate fees down to the exact currency units or any other currency type
- Calculate Net Seller based on Total Agency Fees
- Calculate Total Agency Fees based on Net Seller
- View results in a table format
- Manage conflicts that may arise between fee tiers
- Share or import fee schedules with your colleagues

NOTARY FEE CALCULATOR
- Calculation for existing properties
- Calculation for new properties categorized by 1 to 10, 11 to 24, 25 to 99, and 100 or more units
- Takes into account the region for transfer taxes

PROPERTY DISCOVERY
- Record details of property visits, including each room
- Capture information such as floor type, wall coverings, area size, condition, and comments
- Take photos of the property and individual rooms
- Generate PDF summaries of the visit for email distribution
- Manually or automatically sync visits with iCloud Drive (iOS 10 and above) across your Mac, PC, and iOS devices, including text and HTML summary files

MAPS
- Displays your current location on a satellite or road map view, along with a compass to show orientation to clients

CUSTOMIZATION
- Customize the application with your agency's logo

The automatically renewed monthly subscription is only €0.99 per month. All future updates will be included in the subscription at no additional cost.

Try the Lite version of the application for free, with a limit of €150k Net Seller or Total Agency Fees (equivalent in your currency).

A single subscription allows you to use "Immo Companion" on all your iOS devices!

Terms of Monthly Subscription (Unlimited version):

• The subscription is monthly and automatically renews
• Once subscribed, you have unlimited access to the application
• All future features will be accessible without restrictions
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase
• The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and will identify the cost of renewal
• Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off by accessing the user's account settings after purchase
